Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship via the FedEx, DHL, Trackon, Blue Dart and India Post depending on the availability at your address. Normally it takes 3-7 business days for the courier to reach the destination

We can also do 2-Day Shipping depending on the availability. Additional charges will be taken for 2-Day Shipping. Once your order is ready to ship, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for most of the products, Some of the products are really big in size and heavy and thus not qualifies for free shipping. Please see shipping charges for them. Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checkout, please add the items you intend to order to your cart, then click "calculate shipping" from the Shopping Cart page. This will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.

 

Urgent Delivery

  1. Place your order through our website.
  2. Call Customer Service immediately with your order number. You must call before 4pm Indian Time or we will not be able to honor your request.
  3. We will prepare your order/project next business day
  4. We will ship your project in the evening or next business day.
  5. You will receive your project in 3-5 business days

From there, we will process your order and ship it out! You'll receive an email with your tracking information as usual.

KitsGuru guarantees to ship your order the next day you place it IF and ONLY IF your order meets ALL the following criteria:

  1. Your order is placed before 4:00PM, India Time.
  2. The day you place your order is a Business Day.
  3. All items are in-stock.
  4. Your order is paid in full at the time you place it.
  5. Your order is not considered an Exception.
  6. Your order does not require any modification before it is able to ship.

If your order does meet all the listed requirements, we guarantee shipment of your package next  day. If it doesn't meet them all, we may still get it out the next  day, but no promises.

 

Replacement Policy

We know that sometimes your requirement changes, or something isn’t working the way you thought it would. Never fear, we are here to help!

Bought something you don’t need anymore?

Products that have not been opened/programmed/plugged in/otherwise used can be replaced within 7 days. Please read the following guidelines, then email at info@KitsGuru.com with your order details to get your order replaced.

General Replacement Guidelines

All replacement must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product.

Replacement may take up to 1 week to process, not including transit times.

You are responsible for replacement shipping charges both ways that are not related to a manufacturer error and one way if there is a manufacturing error.

Some products are not eligible for a replacement. These include, but are not limited to, custom configured products and older version releases.

Thing you bought isn’t working right?

If your item is defective, malfunctioning, or modified in some way, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Technical issues can often be resolved without the need to ship things back to us.

When you email Support be sure to include your order number, a description of your issue, and how you have used and/or modified the item.

Eligibility for replacements of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we cannot guarantee their eligibility unless it is proven that the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

Things appear to have been damaged in shipment?

Please email Customer Support right away. Include a description of the damages, and pictures if at all possible. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. We’ll get replacements for the damaged goods out to you right away.
