The CJ78L06 is a compact, low-power 3-terminal linear voltage regulator that delivers a fixed 6V output with up to 100mA current. Designed for low-power embedded applications, it ensures stable voltage regulation with internal current limiting and thermal shutdown protection.

Ideal for powering logic circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and analog devices, the CJ78L06 is available in TO-92 or SOT-89 packages suitable for both through-hole and SMT designs.

Note: Use 0.33µF capacitor at the input and 0.1µF at the output for improved stability.
