CJ78L09 Voltage Regulator IC – 9V 3-Terminal LDO Regulator

The CJ78L09 is a compact 3-terminal low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator IC that delivers a stable 9V output for low-power electronics. With an output current capability of up to 100mA, it is ideal for powering logic circuits, analog devices, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.

This IC integrates thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection features, ensuring reliability and safety. Available in both TO-92 and SOT-89 packages, the CJ78L09 supports both through-hole and surface-mount assembly for flexible PCB design.

Note: Use a 0.33µF capacitor on the input and a 0.1µF capacitor on the output for best stability.
